The location is perfect for attending a concert at the Amphitheater and Historic St. Augustine (without the high price). Hotel was very clean and nicely remodeled/updated.

It was in a great location and the amphitheater was very easily accessible, we even got a really awesome rickshaw ride on the way back. Staff was super friendly, rooms and property were immaculately cleaned and smelled amazing. Best hotel shower I ever used, hands down, and after a hot and sweaty outdoor concert it was perfect!

Location and cleanliness were the strengths of this hotel. Breakfast was fair with a few hot offerings. Great water pressure in the shower. One of the housekeepers helped me with an issue; it was much appreciated.

Almost everything. The pool was wonderful, the breakfasts were amazing, and a location was exceptional. The staff was right on top of everything and very polite. The hotel was within walking distance of many great food choices. If you have young kids there was even a putt putt golf location right next door. The fitness room was small but adequate. The Wi-Fi was fast for my needs.

The closeness to The Historical District. How peaceful and quiet it was. Loved the view of the lighthouse from the hotel.

The hotel seemed newly renovated. It was clean and efficient. The bathroom was great, with a large shower and convenient soap dispensers. There were lots of outlets next to the bed and by the desk. There was a place to put a suitcase. I appreciated the microwave and the Keurig. The breakfast was decent with eggs, potatoes, sausage and a pancake machine, plus continental items

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially want to thank the receptionist Marina, who was very helpful in showing us where everything is and also understood how to handle the personal tax exemption process.

When we arrived there was no power! It was back up and running by the time we came back and we’re getting ready for bed! At about 2 am someone got into our room via a key card given to them by the front desk! Totally freaked us out! Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Location perfect! We rode bikes into downtown
